The private room at Hostel Louise 20 was outstanding, exceeding my expectations. The room itself was beautiful and even better than anticipated. The shared bathroom was clean and the hallway noise was not a problem. I arrived earlier than expected and the staff, despite being busy, were friendly and helpful. They even offered me tea and cookies while I waited. The location of the hostel was fantastic, surrounded by restaurants and bars but still quiet. I would highly recommend Hostel Louise 20 for a great stay in Dresden.

I loved being able to step out and have so many dining options to choose from. The staff were friendly and provided great service. The basic amenities were all there, and I was pleasantly surprised by the nice design of the rooms. It felt cozy and comfortable, with a shared bathroom available.

Despite the positive aspects, we were disappointed by the lack of cleanliness in the shared bathrooms and rooms. The bedding was stained and the floors were dirty.
